No chance for wrong version when doing as I was describing:
there are two different cases "HTTP request" and "history"
(I mean this "history for sure" or "for unternal use"
e.g. for *, [, etc.)
"HTTP request" cacheing may be switched to "lazy" style
until we sure enough.
