lynx-dev SSL Support for Lynx 2.8.1

I have updated the SSL patch to be compatible with Lynx version 2.8.1.  As
usual, it is available at http://www.moxienet.com/lynx/.

ssl.html on the SLCC release site can be updated to reflect this.  (Also,
someone might want to check this out: when you go to
http://www.slcc.edu/lynx/release/, all of the http links reference files
in the /lynx/release2-8-1 subdirectory, which apparently doesn't exist.)
