About changes to options processing, just please DO allow
a command to read in a SECOND same-format likely-far-smaller
option/cfg/whatever file AT RUN TIME -- for QUICK, TEMPORARY
option-trying-for-a-minute-or-two.
Likewise a negative-cmd, to read in the same file, "negative",
to turn off them.
FAR BETTER, a STACK of the options, and a "pop" options-set.
Sort of like lisp's "let" op.

Anything for more-power-to-the-harried-user. A minute saved here,
a minute saved there, sure adds up...
