They are not shown in the menu if they are not available for your certain
setup from usredefs.h/lynx.cfg.

Oh, NOOOOOO!^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

You already delete an example in "preferred documents language"
and completely in "preferred documents charset" - it is a VERY bad practice
to remove examples from help since there is no other place where user
may find this info. Philip, DO NOT change items you not use&understand,
this is not the first time you do so!
