lynx-dev dejanews problems?

I compared a query from running netscape vs lynx on the dejanews query,
can see what people are referring to wrt the "Next matches" (running
lynx, it's not present).  Lynx can read the netscape file just fine,
of course, though it's a little wider than 80 columns.

Has anyone experimented with setting the user-agent to see if that's what
triggers the lobotimized version?
