the Lynx copyright status is a can of worms,
which even White House lawyers would have trouble with.
since no-one in practice is likely to enforce it
-- esp on the other side of the World in a very different country -- ,
it seems best to give people simple practical advice
& rely on their consciences not to abuse people's volunteer labor.
