Actually, Nicholas, can you tolerate about four keystrokes
instead of one?

As Lloyd said, the list-links function does most of what you
want.  From there you want to go to P)rint and install as a
printer your routine that filters the print image of the list of
links and does with it what you need.

This will separate what you do from lynx upgrades.  You will only
need to change your routine when the format of the list-links
page changes enough to break your filter.

If you were to change the source it might be to add the option to
send HTML source to an external "printer" instead of formatted
text.

I think you will find there are people on the list who already
have scripts that grab the list of links from the foot of a
dumped page.
