lynx-dev using elm for mailto:

I'd like to use elm to process a <mailto:>, but only manage to get the
internal mail editor to start.

There is the line:-

EXTERNAL:mailto:lxmail %s:TRUE

in my LYNX.CFG. How do I manage to invoke this function?

BTW does any here use mutt? I had a play with it once and liked it,
but it wasn't fully useable under OS/2. If anyone come across a
working version for OS/2 please let me know.
