Upgrade.  From the CHANGES file:

1998-04-18 (2.8.1dev.6) 
* Rename no_color_video symbol in LYCurses.c to NoColorVideo, to avoid conflict
  with term.h, which is included by curses.h on some systems (reported by Paul
  Gilmartin). - TD
