[ to lynx-dev: i sent this to address@hidden
after it failed to arrive when i used the c command,
due to Stahlwille's failure to give a proper owner's e-address.
`Steelwill' reminds me of one of those movies from the 1930s ... ]

this message is for the site manager of www.stahlwille.de/ .

this is what i see when i visit your site using Lynx 2-8,
the fast, efficient & thoro'ly upto date text browser,
which works perfectly well on normal sites.

unfortunately, i can't get any further,
since to choose a language -- i can read German if i have to --
i have to negotiate Javascript.
you should not make access to your site or general navigation around it
dependent on the more esoteric aspects of WWW construction.
just stick to regular HTML, which will do everything you need,
& keep Javascript for special effects which visitors can choose or not.
your present set-up is hurting you commercially:
it's like having a front-door to your shop
which is too heavy for a lot of customers to push open.
