This doesn't seem to be true. I use the vt102 pg-up/pg-dn keys (on the
numeric key-pad--the other two call my dl/ul menus) for this when I'm
editing a long text area for example.
pg-up=="^|39^|4^[Oy", where ^[ is escape...I'm not sure what ^| is.
pg-dn=="^|33^|4[Os".
CTRL-B and CTRL-F don't seem to do anything. I'd like it if they put the
equivalent ASCII characters in.
