the dataComet telnet program on the Mac will also do X,Y and Zmodem.
(it's the only *halfways* decent telnet/terminal program on any other
computer.. nothing comes close to ProTERM on Apple IIs which I'm typing
on now... even ProTERM mac sucks.)
