Re: displaying table as an ordered list (rows) of lists (columns).

Perhaps altering the numbering type would also be useful, to convey embedded
tables.  That is to say, the first table could use capital roman numerals,
the next level of embeddedness use capital alphas, the next level deep 
numerals, then lower case roman numerals and finally lower case alphas.

If someone has more than 5 levels of depth in tables, then recycle back
to capital romans and so forth...
