(thanks - 'pairs' is arguable, 'kdch1' is surprising). I've only dtterm 1.0

Here's a readable form of the typescript - for whatever reason, a minus
sign is getting into the output, so it pops out of the escape sequence.
I'll see if I can reproduce the problem (thanks).
