As far as I was aware, the download print and save screens were not
HTML but were coded menus in lynx.  That is the spacing being described.

Here's an example.  Here's what my lynx 2.7.1 printing options menu
looked like:

   Please select one:
 
   Save to a local file
   Mail the file

and here's what the latest 2.7.1 development menu looks like:

The missing white space between the Please select one and the options
I think is what is being missed.

Hmm - that's interesting.  The same page has two different line counts,
depending on which version of lynx is used....
