Yes, "Last Mod" on the information page seems very useful.
And here I write more argue about "charset" value on Information page:
"us-ascii" string for 7bit texts may be necessary for those
who set assume_charset contrary to default ISO-LATIN-1
(such "assume" violate standards, but it is widely found around,
so user need to know if any wrong translation may occur).
