One more chartrans bug detected:
I have display=cp866 and the document in iso-8859-1 with META,
while browsing I got letters >7F, Lynx thought I have display=iso-latin-1 !
The document http://www.alis.com:8085/ietf/html/
was saved locally as file://localhost/htmli18n.htm
"=" says:
