 208.194.150.32/  = MSNBC News Intellicast & seems to be a weather service.
using Lynx 2-7 & entering just that URL gets a simple list of links,
few (none?) of which in fact exist, each giving a  404 Not Found ;
entering  -/4day.wsi;bos;newsum  also gives a  404 .
WSI appears to be a software company, ISP or site manager.

seems to be yet another of the millions of bad sites out there
& nothing to do with Lynx.
