Exactly.  Make should be able to find socket.h by the flag
"-I../../../djgpp/tcplib/include/tcp", which is in the makefile in the
WWW/Library/djgpp directory.  Please verify that you have socket.h 
in djgpp/tcplib/include/tcp.
