"webmail" is for people in your situation. Briefly, do the command:
"mail -s request address@hidden <$HOME/webmail.request"
where the contents of the file "webmail.request" are:
GET http://sol.slcc.edu/lynx/current/lynx2.7.1ac-0.90.tar.gz
But, the Lynx tar.gz distribution is about 1.5 Mbytes, so you may not
be able to get it this way! Actually webmail is better as a tool for
pulling down update patches. Using `ftp' or `wget' in conjunction
with `at' can be very effective. I have described my methods in:

You might experiment with "webmail" to download these two posts.
