LYNX-DEV bobcat

Dumb question..who wrote Bobcat? :)  Someone on a mud I frequent is
using it, and the telnet client that comes packaged with it (?).  Need
to ask some questions about it..

Also, a school in their neighbourhood had their budget cut, so they
now access the net using 286's and xt's running Bobcat :)
