Trade sites? Maybe not.

I have a shell account on netcom.com; so I run lynx,
etc, THERE, eg via time-sharing. So I download
TO NETCOM'S COMPUTER -- not mine! -- at net speeds,
which, until people get home from work and start
downloading se-xy (damn the spam id-searchers)
pictures, is VERY fast.

Now, downloading via kermit FROM netcom TO my
computer -- that's something else again!
Time for a cup of coffee -- even when I tar
and gzip all the stuff I have collected...

[Also: to respondees about some countries don't use
commas -- true, but they all use American style
software, or once did, and they all must RECOGNIZE
what it means, eg 12,456,789 bytes.]

(Well, background, on another cde window...)
