Only if the site uses <NOFRAMES> properly.
However it is academic as 2.6 is not the latest version (currenlty 2.7.1),
which does support frames, but probably not how the site designers' intended:
it treats them as though they were:
Frame: <A HREF="url-of-frame-content">name-of-frame</A><BR>
for each <FRAME>, and possibly with <EM> or <STRONG> around it.
The <NOFRAMES> section is displayed as well, for the very rare site that uses
it properly. Most frame names are left at the unhelpful values chosen by
the authoring tools.
