Access to ports 19 and 25 is disabled in

  (1)  Lynx 2.7.1
  (2)  development code <http://sol.slcc.edu/lynx/current/>
  (3)  Fote's code <http://sol.slcc.edu/lynx/fote/patches/>

(2) and (3) also check for wraparound (# > 65535) which (1) didn't do.
