This grammar is absolutely 100% usable by anyone. I'm pretty sure
that MS didn't pay NS to use it; more importantly, ECMAScript is
currently being normatively included in XSL, the stylesheet language
for XML (<URL:http://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-XSL-970910>). If it makes you
feel better, call yours an ECMAScript interpreter, and leave the word
"Java" out of it (which is in there only by questionable means in the
first place).
