Dear Klaus,
Thank you for your rapid response to our query.  This was much appreciated!

I spoke with the programmers at Cuadra, and they tried substituting the "%20"
for the "+" as you suggested.  However, this caused trouble with other
browsers.  They asked me to ask you if you can suggest another substitute for
the "+" sign.

You referenced changing the development code.  This may prove a better
solution for us.  Could you let me know when this might happen?
