LYNX-DEV Proxy variables

Would anyone on the list using a proxy server that request username/password at 
connection time (specified also using the -pauth flag) share with me his or her 
various *_proxy settings (in lynx.cfg or logical names)?  Thanks.  I'd like a 
definitive answer on the form they must take on VMS systems.  Thanks.
