LYNX-DEV no maclynxbeta!

hi:

I'm trying to get a copy of the maclynx browser
beta. the link to 
http://www.panix.com/~perceval/maclynxbeta1.sit.bin
unfortunately yields a Forbidden error, and the
French site at
http://www.lirmm.fr/~gutkneco/maclynx/maclynx_beta1.sit.hqx
refuses my connection.

any ideas on where else to try?
