Just checked in lynx2.7.1ac-0.61 which should appear at
<URL:http://sol.slcc.edu/lynx/current/> tonight, patches are available
through <URL:http://sol.slcc.edu/cgi-bin/lynx/patch> now.

Added a new '-preparsed' flag to use with source, a new character set
VISCII, tweaks for Hebrew and Arabic, other changes - see CHANGES.new.
