LYNX-DEV packet driver needed

I down loaded Lynx dos and it played but closed as soon as
the error "packet driver not found" even though I was logged
on the net at the time. ibm 486 clone, dos 6.22
Where can I get the "Proper" packet driver and installation
instruction?
