LYNX-DEV ac-0.59 on HPUX 10.20

Compiles fine under 10.20. However when I run it, there is no
highlighting/reverse attributes. Vanilla 2-7-1 compiled under 9.04 and
running on 10.20, has proper highlighting etc. (THis may actually be a
problem with the 10.20 curses...if I get time, I'll try recompiling
vanilla Lynx and see what happens.)
