Try the development code or the fotemods code (both available from
http://sol.slcc.edu/lynx/), and read README.Chartrans and character
translation notes in lynx.cfg. Basically you need to set your Display
character set to whatever your display supports, and use ASSUME_CHARSET
lynx.cfg setting or -assume_charset command line flag with the argument of
the character set the page is in. (For example, lynx -assume_charset
koi8-r http://your.page..)
