Very few people write HTML these days!  It's nearly all Front Page, Word 97,
Page Mill, etc.

This could have been:


    FRAME: Site Index
    FRAME: Selected Page

and I'd suggest that this should have been done as a minimum (reallly the site
index should be reproduced in clean HTML in the noframes part).

    You will find this site much easier to use if you have a browser that
    can display frames as frames.  However, those with no frames support
    at all, the frames on this page are: 

    - a table of contents of the site                  hot link to NAV frame

    - an overview of the site                          hot link to RIGHT frame

        the source code and compile and install it yourself.  Lynx shows
        frames as links, and although you don't need this feature for this
        site, as we've included explicit links ourselves, you will
        find it useful for other sites which don't include such links.
