Contact you ISP and get them to change lynx's startup file in lynx.cfg to
some local resource instead of starting at lynx.browser.org.

In the meantime, you can choose your own start page by typing lynx
followed by the URL at the prompt. i.e. 'lynx http://us.imdb.com/'
