Some sites discriminate against all browsers except
Netscrape by "clever" use of <FRAMESET>.  Look at
        http://163.51.110.11/lynxdev/ldev.html
with Lynx and then with Netscrape for an example
of the _desired_ effect.

Question: is there any way to prevent Lynx from
displaying the
        FRAME: [1]For
        FRAME: [2]Netscrape
        FRAME: [3]users.
on that page and still "put Netscrape in its place"?
