The operating system I am using is Linux.  I compiled lynx using the
"make" command with the "-s" option.  The compiler was gcc and the
compiler options were whatever is used standard with the linux-ncurses
build.  The only thing I changed in the source files was in LYCurses.h
where it points to "ncurses/curses.h" to "/usr/include/curses.h" which, on
my host, is where the curses include file is.

As I said, I was attempting to post to usenet.  If it makes any
difference, I was attempting to post to misc.test.  I selected the post to
news option at the end of the article list, it asked my my name, which I
entered, and then asked for a subject.  When I finished typing in the
subject and pressed enter it generated the error message.
