LYNX-DEV SSL support files for Lynx

    I sent this to address@hidden and the Postmaster bounced it back as
undeliverable, so I am trying the list.

    Dear Mr. Macbrides,
    Per your e-mail to the Lynx developers list on 2/4/97, I am requesting
the files needed to add SSL (https protocol) support for Lynx 2.7-1, on a
VMS platform.  I am a U.S. citizen, and do not intend to export the program or
otherwise violate applicapable U.S. Export Laws.
    Thank you for your work on Lynx, it has been extremely valuable to the
patrons of our library for a number of years.
