lynx-dev is a collaboration by volunteers & its knowledge of users is
very limited at to statistics etc.  you will probably get lots of feedback
from several blind readers of the list, but in any case goto the Archives
at  www.flora.org/lynx-dev/ , where you will find lots of discussions
during recent months around the subject.  also in the on-line Lynx help
there is a section on speech-friendly browsing.

they'll no doubt tell you themselves, but there are attempts at least
to use the US ADA to force better access on ISPs where necessary.
Canada doesn't have an ADA (not having been involved in Vietnam: grim smile).
