yup, that's a most apt & basic point.
if s/he had been directed to the User's Guide
& been confronted with the opening paragraph,
heaven knows what s/he would have said ...

which has a 1-page (just) description of why Lynx is the greatest
(i've edited out the site-specific lines from lynxorg.html ).
may i recommend that the additional * be added to lynx.browser.org
& my other page copied to a suitable directory + file there?
