Not very helpful.  It doesn't provide any trace output from the suspend.
Procedure:

1. Start Lynx
2. ^T,^Z
3. fg
4. Q

Output:

                Lynx Trace Log


Turning off TRACE for fetch of log.
Turning TRACE back on.
