I would heartily welcome this, personally. It would make it more
feasible to break out config files into smaller, more easily learned
chunks, and clean some of the cruft out of my home root. :) It also
tends to make it easier to figure out just how much space a given
utility is going to need per user. (Of course, bookmark files can
throw that one out the window)
