This version finally builds on bsdi configured with screen=slang
and the slang lib installed in a non-standard place.
It builds with target 'generic' and seems to work.

The form bug seems to be fixed.
And the 123g command is nice.

I still think LYNX_CFG_FILE should be defined in lynx_cfg.h by configure.
