        All HTML specs require one radio button
in a group with the same name, and one OPTION in a SELECT without a
MULTIPLE attritute, to be selected, and the default is the first if
to CHECKED (radio buttons) or SELECTED (OPTIONs) attribute isn't
included in any of them.  So Lynx does that.
