LYNX-DEV Auto-config on OSF

Just a quick note ... the auto-config version finished the compile
when I changed 'CC = gcc' to 'CC = cc' at the top of the makefile.
This was the most recent ac version (0.4?) on a DEC Alpha running OSF
4.0A.

However, when I tried to run the binary ... segmentation fault (core
dumped) ... alas.
