As an attachment I send 2 pictures, showing the real german keyboard layout:

  - ger_orig.jpg    shows the original and normal german layout when working in 
                    WIN95
  - ger_lynx.jpg    shows the different keyboard-layout, when LYNX is active.


Probably it may help. Changes to the WIN95-keyboard-control-panel don't help.
