LYNX-DEV HELPFILE definition

Hello, I'm doing a make aix32 and getting the following:
Compiling Lynx sources
        cc -O -DFANCY_CURSES -DUNIX -I../WWW/Library/Implementation....
"LYMain.c", line 494.28: 1506-045 (S) Undeclared identifier HELPFILE.

I don't really understand much about the web or what I'm doing but I
think I defined HELPFILE with the following in userdefs.h and
lynx.cfg.  I assume that I have a syntax error.  Help, please.
