I wonder if we need a bug reporting form for submitting bugs to lynx-dev.

If the user is using lynx, perhaps it's characteristics - the OS, version,
etc. - would all be filled in for the user.  The report could go to some
intermediate layer robomoderator which would screen looking for things
like a required URL to demonstrate the problem, etc.


I like helping folk when I can, but if I showed up at the doctor's office
and said "Doctor, it hurts when I move my arm like this", s/he might
start off our conversation by saying 'then don't move your arm like that'
and _then_ start trying to find out what's wrong.  Actually, my last time
at the doctor didn't get me past the 'don't do that' stage...
