No, my fault... Change line 128 in SGML.c from
HTParentAnchor, * anchor,
to
HTParentAnchor *, anchor,
I hope there aren't more of those..
By the way, to the folks who want to get rid of the K&R macros:
This compilation is using them. (I don't know whether that compiler
can equally well be invoked in ANSI mode; at least compiler flags would
have to change.)
