I wonder if it would be worthwhile renaming this library after we
reintegrate the next generation of libwww.  Perhaps we call it
liblywww.a or some such nonsense.  Something to indicate that it's not
a plugin replacement - and that it shouldn't be used as a replacement inn
the other tools.
