LYNX-DEV Important change needed in lynx 2.7beta

I performed a newsreply today.  Something in it failed - but because after
one indicates one wants to post, the screen clears and the previous page
displays, the error msg disappears without being seen.

At the very least, a pause is needed before error msgs like this.
A longer term solution might be a way for the user to be notified that
a warning or error had been logged to a file.
